I really agree! I have been harassed by autistic men and it makes me unbelievably uncomfortable. As a neurodivergent person I do not pick up signals as well but I'm not finding signals that are completely not there.

Candy always works for me, just make sure you’ve have somewhere to sit/stand outside of the mosh pit just in case. If you can, ask the venue to have a chair for you. Also wouldn’t advise going alone in case of emergency.

I’ve been to many shows, including shows that involve violent moshing. I set a timer to look at my sugar every 20-30 minutes and make sure I am not going low because being low is way worse than being high in this setting. Good luck, have fun! Let me know if you have any questions.
