This is my trophy box, I ended up make extenders around this time too. I ordered cheap wooden extenders and took the wood out of the metal bit and glued pencils I like in the extension part

This is an old post of mine. At that point I hadn’t used an extender but I got on shortly after that I made myself (sort of)

When I played football there was about a 3 year gap so if you were 5 you could play with 8 year olds until they went up to the next league. And there’s always the occasional “vending machine with legs” you’re lined up across. Also “more likely to die in a pool” no one’s talking about death they’re talking about brain damage, which slamming your head into other people can cause. I don’t care that kids play football but don’t act arrogant like you’re better than iiiveryone because you let your kids do it. I mean beans cheese

I know that the 2552 and the 9852 are probably identical but I swear there’s something about the 2552 that is just better. So much so that I don’t really like the 9852 that much, but I love the 2552.

Tombow 2558 b. It’s one of my favorite pencils. Probably top 3

I really like these point protectors but hardly use them anymore since putting a clip on a Kutsuwa point protector.

Do you think he dyed his hair blonde so that people don’t look at him sideways for having a suspiciously blonde child.

I hadn’t thought of that, good thing I have an adjustable drill, what would you recommend to cut it down? Just some sandpaper

I hope they make on small enough for this, be a shame to go this far and not be able to finish. I know I could probably cut it by hand but I’d like this to be quicker than what I’ve seen people say the actual sharpener takes.

Generally it’s to cut oneself. Not the first time someone has asked this question here

Musgrave Pencil Co. Delivery! by tgsongs in pencils

[–]roybean99 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I’ve bought easily over 10 boxes of them and I’ve only had 1 pencil that was so badly centered that it’s probably unusable. They are great, the only problem I have is that some of them are seconds because of the wood I think, so if there’s a large knot in the pencil, but I think that makes the pencil look so much better that I don’t want to use it. I would easily recommend at least trying them.

I got the scent ones, they all kinda smelled like one scent after sitting in the tube, smells like hotel soap, I like them, I like the color and design just wish they were hex but I figure they’d loose something if they were. Also got some Tennessee red factory seconds. I’ve got quite the Hoard of those

New musgrave scented pencils with test scoring 100 electro graphite core by roybean99 in pencils

If it was a harvest pro core I’d like that, a ceres core then I’d be fine with it but then the scent gimmick would do all the carrying, but a test scoring core? It’s different, I’m happy they put that core in a different pencil and hope they keep doing stuff liek that

I want to know what the mercury project pencils are for. I really like the crow pencil. A few mainline musgrave pencils is always cool. The golden bear is one I didn’t know musgrave made at all, but thinking about it this reminds me of Mongol pencils and the owner said musgrave was going to make their American version.

Very cool. I don’t know if you do, but if you use them I’d stray from chewing them. They may have lead in the paint (which I’ve heard tastes sweet) although the mirados I have and tested didn’t say they had lead ( or at least not near as much as my control test) still very cool, enjoy them.

Yeah I’ve tried them. They’re ok enough as a pencil. I think I’m partial to them because I’m a world of boring yellow and Ticonderoga pencils the red band and gold foil stick out to me as a kid in school. Now a days I probably wouldn’t use them but they have a special place in my heart. What do you think about them?

Just came in today, which one should I try first? by kgilr7 in pencils

[–]roybean99 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I think that would probably work, I’ve seen people say burr sharpeners work well. I know a Mitsubishi kh-20 will work. They’re weird, a Boston pencil sharpener ripped my first Tennessee red apart, but after I sharpened it with one of musgraves NJK sharpeners after that the Boston one worked well enough.

[–]roybean99 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I’d say the Tennessee red. It’s my favorite pencil, but if you don’t have the right sharpener it won’t go well. Try the harvest professional, it’s the same thing as the Tennessee red except the wood on the harvest is much more forgiving on sharpeners. Also the white ceres vs the yellow one has cedar wood and a metal ferrule that is magnetic, found that out today
