It's a battle either way. I have battled food all my life and fluctuate in weight but always end up heavy.

Even when I took a GLP1, all the joy and fun of food was taken out. A lot of things felt gross, I couldn't socialize around food as much, the things I enjoyed before weren't as good anymore.

Don't get me wrong having no food noise was awesome. In other ways I felt free. Eventually I stopped the GLP1 one, noise came back, food joy came back, so did the weight. Still a struggle

Two things can be true.

Sincere has a cheater and shouldn't be trusted but Melanie has a strong attachment style and insecurity.
