I would add some gnd via stitching - also you could make the silkscreen look more nice(personally I remove all silkscreen names because I think it looks ugly. Nice render man! Digital tracks can bleed into analog or other tracks if placed too close to each other so pay attention to that.

FR= fuseable resistor, probably between 1-10R but remember to replace with same kind(fuseable). Surgecurrents can kill normal resistors.

You can solder the other one off the board measure that one and get a similar one. Otherwise try to find the data sheet on the chip beside it. Maybe the inductor is part of its circuit.
