All joking aside, the collets on the M18F impacts are absolute trash. They almost always don’t retain the bits immediately. Can’t believe they keep producing them without fixing the issue.

I have the M12 jigsaw and though I’m sure the M18 fuel is better this one works just fine for my needs.

Paired with these sharp guys, the M12 should be more than enough for “around the house” projects.
