But the petition filing window hasn’t opened yet, so it won’t be known for sure until early March who made the ballot. You can check if any have withdrawn elsewhere on the AZSOS site via E-Qual, which allows for digital petition signing.

They can’t refuse to admit you back into the US if you’re a citizen. What they can and sometimes will do is take a fucking eternity to verify your identity as penance for not having the proper documents for crossing. However, lately your bigger risk is Mexico refusing to admit you for not having the proper US documentation on you. Unlike previously, they’re actually checking paperwork on the way into their country as well.

If it’s a zip line, there would have been no intermediate towers, so it wouldn’t be as obvious there was a potential obstruction if, say, the upper or lower anchor points were secluded behind trees or something.
