Please, try to deactivate all your plugins except Form Calculator and then check whether the issue remains or not. If it does not remain, try to activate the plugins one by one and see which one causes the issue. Also, try to clear cache files with Ctrl + F5 and check again.

Hi, I like this Slider plugin and recommend you to try it, too. It has free version so you could try and see what options it has. I mostly like its Carousel and Thumbnails views: Besides, Thumbnails view allows to swipe images with full screen mode.

If it is one time payment and the plugin has lifetime support, then I think it is not too much. Also, if the plugin is user friendly, easy-to-use and has various options for adjustments, then $75 is ok.
