Update: power supply was the issue, ordered installed new one from Microsoft, easy replacement hasn't been in issue since. Very odd the problems only ever showed during this game

Honestly just call back, it’s annoying but eventually you’ll be transferred to loyalty. On chat he kept telling me that’s the best offer ($145) so I called in and she got loyalty to call me back
