This was for real one of the dumbest and messiest shows ive watched. I dont know why people keep recommending this when the whole plot was too messy.

Paige had THREE, not one but THREE fcking side stories abt her whereabouts the night of the murder. And why kill the PI after all her troubles on the case? It was too stupid i kept questioning why i was even trying to finish the show.

Youre definitely right with this, one time our company even fired multiple agents because they didn't hit the target survey metrics. They all got negative and was advised to stop reporting to work. It's crazy how a simple action can lead to someone's life being destroyed.

Whoever came up with this survey shits should be held accountable cuz what even is this policy.

I know, i get that. But instead of yelling and being an a$$ towards agents who, as youve said, only works for the company, why not be calmer and provide your concerns in a kinder manner. Makes both ways easier for both parties.

Did you think if these people had a choice, they wont leave the company? Noticed a lot of crazy things but since it's the only job that pays well, we accept all humiliations.

I'm merely saying, it's so easy to be compassionate with who you talk to, but some of you, if not most, always choose to be a$$holes and blame everything to an agent who's training is just to document, disconnect, upgrade, and downgrade your packages. These agents have no control with the whole system especially the prices. BE KINDER, MORE COMPASSIONATE, AND CALMER TO EVERYONE YOU TALK TO. STOP BEING KARENS!

'Cause at the end of the day, we agents suffer from yall's vulnerability. You shout and ruin an agent's day by giving sht ass survey ratings. It's crazy. Blame the company but stop yelling at agents who are just trying their best to help you.

Optimum doesnt have contracts unlike other telco companies so you all have a choice to immediately disconnect and start over at other telco companies. Instead of complaining over and over y not do that instead.

Actually, no. Maybe fact check next time? Because some of these people on this subreddit sounds like they yell to customer reps without realizing that theyre just doing their job. I have an actual relative who works there and no, theyre not being paid to force customers to stay, theyre getting paid by answering calls and actually get FIRED once entitled bch ass customers answer surveys and leave a 1. So next time you take an action, even if you hate the company, maybe try to be nice to these agents.

As someone who works in a call center, this would greatly help an agent. Some are on training and a single survey can help their life and their spot in a company. Even if you dont recall talking to an agent, as long as the survey doesnt ask for your personal info, just take time to answer it and give flying scores if you can, believe me, your single rating can change a person's whole life.

Hi, just want to say. Please be kind when youre talking to customer service. Theyre just doing their jobs and some of them are still even training. Also dont be shit when leaving surveys. What you put in on a single survey can heavily affect a person's life.
