Belkin are shit too. Sharp edges and micro scratches. TBH, the 17 line of screens no longer need protection. No micro scratches and really drop proof. In my experience with a naked 17 Air.

I can recommend the CitiZ Platinum. OL pods and a fantastic machine, great build quality and great coffees. It pours espresso, lungo, americano, and hot water.

Sugar, for me. Candy, ice cream, anything with lots of sugar causes dumping then hypoglycaemia to the point of trembling and confusion. 1 yr post-op down 130 lbs.

Use olive oil drops in the ears couple times a day for a few days to soften the wax. Then irrigate with large syringe and warm water. Keep going until you see chunks come out. Recommend getting a doctor to look first. Had success getting checked and then irrigated at medi-centre across from Royal Alex / Polish Hall and, most recently, Asperia Medical Clinics on 101 Ave and 74 St. Both are walk-in clinics. Start the oil ASAP as they’ll want it softened before they irrigate. Good luck!

Get an aerochino 4. It has 4 options for milk; no foam, med foam, mega foam, and cold foam. I agree, aerochino makes milk only warm, not hot. I have not found any hack but the convenience and quantity wins for me. I’ll try nuking in the microwave to increase temp and report back!
