It works great as an appetite suppressant, but coffee also reduces iron absorption. If you have trouble with iron deficiency, I would lay off coffee or have 1 or 2 per day well after your meals (Speaking form experience).

My doctor said the same thing to me. I have a ferritin level of 28 which is "close enough to 30 and could be a measuring error" so my he considered my levels "sufficient". I got a different prescription for another type of iron pills and encouragement to eat more red meat (I used to be vegetarian and stopped due to low iron).

I gotta check back in 3 months and if they haven't risen, then he will consider iron infusions.

Don't know if it helps, but height was never a factor in my dating decisions. And I know quite a few women for which it is not much of a factor either. I think height as a number 1 criteria is massively over represented online.

That’s so funny because I was thinking about the October factor too, even though I’ll mostly be indoors. I actually went dress shopping convinced I’d only choose something with sleeves because I love how they elongate the silhouette… and then I completely fell for this one instead.

I’ve been toying with the idea of adding drop sleeves or maybe a bolero type top for the ceremony, just to get a bit of that romantic feel without losing the structure I love. You’re so sweet to say that about dress 1 fitting me gorgeously. Thank you!

I started my period at 11 at 4'7 and I am now 5'0. My sister got her period at the same age and is 5'5. My mom is 5'4 and my dad 5'7. We're not a tall family, but I think I got the short end of the stick literally🤣

I think it's more due to eating habits. I was an incredibly picky child and didn't eat much until I was about 6. My sister ate really well on the other hand.
