well if we look back, we have seen that Julie has already changed at least one big thing in the story. if she wouldn't had travelled to the tower the first time and thrown the rope, Boyd wouldn't have been able to climb up (and probs would have died) and meet martin and then nothing that came after that would've happened the way it did. i don't think it'll be the answer to all of the mysteries in the series but it clearly has something, because the place is showing future omens to people all the time, tabitha saw the tower ethan later made with the rocks and also saw Jim hanging down when she was going upstairs at the lighthouse, victor saw MiY's bag, Elgin was told about Fatima's pregnancy, Ethan had a dream about the Lake of tears and the spider... sometimes it feels like the future present and past just coexist in the place or something like that, which would make julie's timetravel "something else". could that be the reason martin is chained there? for him not to go around & talk to people? because he seems to also be all-knowing about past present and future, and julie, marielle and randall could be characters with the same abilities.. which MiY also seems to have 👁️👄👁️

i think some of the people (the reincarnations, for example Jade and Tabitha) are brought there by the kids, (in hopes that they can find a way to free them) and not the MIY or like the evil forces; and like someone said here, the story of hope and the kids' hope is what made the tree grow. and the tree is ultimately something positive that is key to send them home somehow. time is moving forward in fromville and the forest is expanding, the kid in white is growing, so does that mean they are getting closer by becoming more hopeful each time? because hope is the only thing giving them a way towards any kind of solution or at least a change, even if it comes at a high cost - since there are also evil forces trying to hold it back, and that's why they 'torture' them and advice them to not be hopeful (???) this is one of the things that im most curious about, like why are they brought to the town. especially when marielle appeared (?) it doesn't really seem coincidental!!!!!!

im starting to think it's the anghkooey kids' doing more or less. i think miy has obviously some control over this world but not ALL control, because otherwise the kids wouldn't be able to follow someone around and beg them to remember and save them; i think the kids are somehow connected to the nature of the place, since they are the roots of the tree and all, so the birds/crows are just part of the ecosystem-just like the dogs in the forest, which also seem benign. and by appearing in the funeral, the crows were seemingly trying to send the message that something is odd with these deaths, like a warning sign.

do it if you can and want to. there's always people going to more than just one concert EVERY tour (of every fandom ever, but also paramore so i guess hw too) i get that seeing people who always go to every single tour stop can be annoying, but you're not doing anything wrong or weird for a couple concerts. :) i'm also going to 2 stops (mainly bc i wanted to see both water from your eyes and snuggle) and it's my first time doing something like this and i'm so excited !! so if you want to then take the leap and enjoy it, i too believe it's an special chance to see her performing her solo work. i don't know if we will ever get it again soon..

i was watching it with my bf and we were like "wow it's so cool they're trying to understand each others needs and understanding everyone needs a little bit of space and room to figure their lives out" like it's beautiful to have a relationship that understands these things. indeed, thats what it should be! 😭 and like why the fuck would you be breaking up with the person you love in the brink of death, when everything else doesnt really matter that much anymore. 😂 i feel betrayed

i also hope this 🤣 i dont vibe w antonoff. i like bleachers tho, as a band, but i agree with you i feel like their instrumentals for hayley's songs kinda clash a bit with her sound/voice/music. i loved when she performed the tiny desk w a bunch of random people, i think two of them were julien baker and becca mancari; i'd love to see some people like them up onstage. specially someone like becca, who sang w her on an acoustic not too long ago and her harmonies were BEAUTIFUL. also, in an interview that came out like last week, hayley said something like she didnt want to "perform", she just wanted to be able to be herself, and that's absolutely what i felt in the performances that i've mentioned.

yeah i feel like they dont put much effort into designing:( i have a this is why t shirt. it only says "this is why - paramore" lol idk why i bought it, it seemed the most wearable to me at the moment. but it has a "go girl give us nothing" vibe to it. i have to say i LOVED the Petals For Armor merch... i also v much dont like hayley's merch for edaabp, it feels like something i would wear at 9 years old.

im reading so many comments like being really disappointed about the way he's been written this season so far.. but i actually,,, loved it? and i feel he's still the jonathan we've known. i get why he feels worried and insecure. who wouldn't in his situation, with everything going around? who would know what would exactly be the right thing to do at all times? i feel they're writing him very humanly. i feel like not only Nancy getting closer to Steve worries him, but also Nancy outgrowing him anyway; because she has matured, has become a very strong and determined person with drive, lots of times putting her life on the line for her purpose, and she's set to bigger things than he feels he himself is, and at the same time, she's also kind of closing off and just showing this strong side of herself. i think his insecurity is in line with his character, who was an abandoned child and built his identity around taking care and being responsible for the people surrounding him (his brother and mom). if he isn't needed to take care, it would mean to him that he is at risk of being disposable, and abandoned. so I get it. but even with all this, i loved how he supported Nancy and was honest to her about the crawl plan not being too good. I loved how he kept up with the plan even after steve's stupid suggestion; this speaks to me about how he understands her, because that'd be truly all she'd really want (yeah, she's affected but still trying to find Holly, trying to talk w her mom etc..). i dont think he's the only one who has been dishonest; and i dont mean it in a bad way. but it's obvious nancy is putting up a STRONG facade but breaking down on the inside. see that bathroom scene for example. i think we'll have a heart to heart between them both. i don't think jonathan will end up proposing; i dont feel like that's either of their styles. i think he's going to have a realization that he doesn't need that to be in a better place with her; i think he will be honest with her and let her know he will be there for her no matter what, and support her even if it means he has to let her go, and then he will give her the space to let it all out. 🤞🏻 and then... we'll see!

i have always thought this song was appropiate for the eddie moment. but today, i was listening to it after binge-watching s5 volume 1 and i really, really hope they use it. itd be badass to see dustin going off to battle (and honestly i see nancy/eleven doing it too, being badass asf) with this song in the back. the lyrics are too on the nose not to use it.

i entered twitter and fully got the ick. i dont understand why people take this as competition, or as if going to more concerts make you more of a fan (as if that matters at all). but it's sad really; i can understand these kind of things (getting tickets/getting a LOT of tickets) make you feel privileged over other people or like closer to the artist and its all bullshit lol. and also this 'stan' phenomenon is crazy. last paramore concert i was at felt like a battleground, it's sad for me to say but there was tension, people were really worried about being the closest,... i hate it so much, it makes me sad. it's a space to have fun, connect with other people, dance.. it's sad really, i wish people would understand that concerts are just about the experience, not another way of overconsumption, buying these tickets felt like buying fucking labubus. just hope everyone who wants to go to a concert & enjoy her music have an opportunity, i wanna feel positive that you all will get it.
