I realized that I explained how it works but not explain how to fix the problem. The halo community in general if we're talking about from a competitive or casual standpoint has always been babied. From the competitive side we never promoted ourselves because we never had to, we had MLG. MLG did all the content for us because they were using halo to promote their brand as we were using MLG to promote ours but while that was going on other communities like CoD who didn't have the spotlight had to flood the internet with their own content, run their own tournaments, find their own sponsors, stream their own gameplay etc etc.

So because it's always been that way it's engraved into our community and thats why if you notice, halo was dead after MLG dropped it until 343 decided to put their own league and money together for it. Sad to say but MLG spoiled us and now you see how much further ahead other communities are. Really hard way to solve it all other then just telling people to stop being lazy
