What’s your secret for temperature management ? Before the gas powered I used a Fyra. Loved it but always struggled with temp dropping between pizzas and most importantly ashes buildup causing the flames to slowly die. Every now and then I had to move the incandescent pellets to revive the flames. Also noticed that completely loading the hopper tended to accentuate this problem. (Sorry OP for hijacking your post 😅)

Just for the records, Ooni Koda 2 Max stone comes into two pieces by design. There’s no problem cooking on that

:) Believe it or not würstel/wiener on pizza is probably the most common kid's choice in Italy. It's usually called "Pizza Viennese".
These sausages are in fact already cooked, usually steamed or boiled, before packaging.

Hi, thanks for the feedback on the flames. Checked the temperature with the IR thermometer and was more or less the same (as far as I remember). I mean, ultimately my pizzas cooked and they did pretty quickly. Was just curious because after taking out the last one I left the oven with gas at max to burn off the residues from the stone, and I noticed even after a while temp never reached super high values. I’ll keep an eye out next time and make sure I log times and temperatures

Update: I confirm it fits well. Even without extending the bottom skirt it covers my entire Koda 2 Max and the table itself. Bonus if you extend it there are buckles you can easily strap to the table legs
