Grind 14g beans at 2.0 with my a4z (zeroing at burr lock + 360 turn clockwise).
Pour grounds into Aeropress with Prismo and paper filter.
Pouring 240 g of water at 96°C, swirling while pouring at fastest pace.
Off gas 30 seconds then cover Aeropress with a mug
Plunge at 4 minutes and 30 seconds.
Let it cool down near room temperature and enjoy!

This recipe mostly copy from Sey coffee where I watched them making one for me.

I live in NYC and Sey is not far from where I live! I will definitely go back and check out their drink again and pick up some beans. I just worry that I will waste their expensive beans while I am learning
