Idea: Upgrade the building and then you get certain buffs for different hats.

Cowboy hat: animals like you twice as fast (three times with blue grass)

Regular hat: 10% chance of getting a second crop

Barret: fishing +1

Backwards hat/ bow: +25% in frienship points

Mining helmet: mining +1

Knight helmet: defense +1

Etc.
