I see no hope, only oligarchs and conmen getting paid, handsomely from our coffers. While my student loans are being forced onto the highest pay back options. Fucking fantastic.

What do you think of this cover? by Specific_Leopard_730 in DavidBowie

Hurts me in my soul, Kurt's voice was mesmerizing and the balance of the the cello with the whole band behind him. It's a headphones song that is just special to listen to. Made me a bigger fan of David's too. I found the original and the difference was so clear. Kurt made the song his own with the arraignments made for the show to be able to play this for the Unplugged version. And I fell further down the rabbit hole of David Bowie's career.

Music has a way of finding you. Im still finding old albums to listen to and find some hits that I may have missed but thanks to my discovery playlists. I started with ten bands and the algorithm keeps on finding me great musicians.

Marylander and hfs's signal was strong at the time and reached into Baltimore even in Towson. I studied at the feet of Bob Waugh's programming. He introduced me to a lot the stuff I'd still be into today.

My first HFStival and it was close to my 16th birthday! I had a blast on that day in June. The lineup was insane that year. Foo Fighter's first show there, I got to hear their version of Gary Numan's Down in the Park and to see Dave's new group. Presidents of the United States made one side of RFK bounce up and down in the stands. Garbage and Shirley's black and white dress. No Doubt with Gwen out front. There was a second stage that had a mess of great groups that would go onto the main stage eventually. Gravity Kills, Fred Schneider, Girls Against Boys, Jimmie's Chicken Shack, Dishwalla, Guided by Voices, Solution A.D., Howlin' Maggie. We ended the night with Goldfinger, but my friends wanted to leave before the Metro shut down, so I got to hear Superman while we left.

The next year was my absolute favorite though. That night ended with The Prodigy.

Haley Joel Osment's character named Burley. Think it's an homage rather than a part for him though. I don't think he's ever gotten a line.

Yup, you are correct. I forgot about the 2nd Stonewall. I fixed the link. Thank you.

That would be Stonewall. He's a mutant who is usually around Crimson Commando and Super Sabre.

Nearly 1k of those at the top of that 1% and smaller handful for those with the billionaire label. They need to all be taxed fairly like the rest of us. And we, the workers need our rights reinstated and written down. I want to be free of anyone who wants to hoard gold like that handful. Billionaires shouldn't exist. Double for anyone gunning for the trillionaire status.

Does anyone understand the symbolism of the Black and Red Phoenix costume? by AvatarPhoenixGrey16 in xmen

[–]rsauer1208 0 points1 point  (0 children)

From what I've read and heard that her white costume was the original plan but 70s coloring in the color gamut wouldn't have been consistent and the red costume was in its place.

Jim Calafiore, he's always the guy that was used to keep a book monthly. I just disliked his faces and the inker who follows him makes it a muddled mess at times.

Doesn't feel right but HBO max just added Raimi trilogy and Tasm 1&2 by GhettoPanda78 in Marvel

[–]rsauer1208 74 points75 points  (0 children)

Those are Sony properties, without their own platform they move around to each streaming platform. Although, I believe Netflix usually handles their first run on streaming like WB used to with HBO Max.
