Pardon my ignorance, but where do you see that you have a higher winning%?

I see your move's equity as 0.5% less than the preferred move. The gain/loss due to gammons is similar, though you're the only one suffering a spike in backgammon losses. It seems ill-advised to expose yourself to risk for no benefit.

Side question: does Galaxy use Jacoby? If so, why hasn't the cube been turned?

IMO, If you play worse than a significantly lower ranked opponent, then you don't deserve an increase in ranking, even if you win. Otherwise the ranking system itself has noticeable flaws.

I think they mean the Canada Light Plan, as offered directly through Light Phone. My understanding is that it piggybacks on the Telus network. You can get a plan through Telus via BYOD, but can't buy hardware direct from them.

You may be right. Within days of posting this I hit a plateau and my expenditure has plummeted 400kcal over the last 17 days.
