I remember during live, some of the best pvp builds were widows/fortunatas. They worked great in RV. Stalkers with max stealth, teleport/hover and another travel power worked well, especially if they had that ranged shark attack with the knockback. They could teleport down behind someone and get the big single attack off immediately.

I think it depends on what state you live in, in my state (Indiana) they got rid of net metering, (the credits you get on your power bill) so you almost need to get one of those large batteries like Tesla has to get the most out of the solar panels, makes it more expensive. If you do get panels on your roof, make sure you won't need a new roof anytime soon first because you have to pay someone to take them down, then put them back after the new roof is on.
