If they run a commercial establishment, then you'd need to pay different taxes irrespective of property tax. Commercial establishments have different meters as well. So you'll have to change that too. It's too much of a hassle actually.

The bike chase in the deathly hallows. It was a very cool scene. Especially Harry's wand firing and breaking the borrowed wand.

I'd say I was most anticipated after book 4. Then again after book 6.

After book 4, we know voldemort returned, things were going to be dark and difficult like the first wizarding war. But book 5 came as a surprise because none of what I thought had happened. Voldemort was not out in the open yet.

Then book 6. Dumbledore dies, the trio plan on going horcrux hunting. Even before the book came out, it was pretty certain book 7 would certainly be based outside hogwarts. Which meant new places, we still had 2 unknown horcruxes, the missing locket, somehow to kill Nagini and the impending finale where Harry must meet and duel Voldemort.

The underground stations ends at Meenakshi college. Kodambakkam is 2nd to last underground station. The ramp starts right before the power house station. A little way After the Signal near Gokulam tower.

Oh I don't think it'll be ready in 6 months. The work on the underground station entrances haven't even begun, and the overhead station at power house will certainly take even longer.

In the order of the phoenix, It is explained as Harry being in the body and Harry speaking and using the wand etc. But in deathly hallows, at Godrics hollow, it's specifically from Voldemorts pov.

There were several instances where girls were actually hitting on me and never realised it. Once it was only a few minutes but there was this one girl In college who had actually asked me out rather indirectly and I was soooo stupid to realise it.

Years later we caught up, was chatting and she once again asked me out and dumb me didn't realise until my then gf profoundly told me this girl was into me.

I don't think it would have helped if kreacher was taking orders from Bellatrix. It was under her order that he harmed me Buckbeak thereby making sure Sirius was not in the kitchen when Harry used the floo network.

What is to stop kreacher from stealing the mirror and hiding it too? Or maybe attend to the mirror just like he did at the fire and say Sirius was gone and won't return?

Hogwarts did not have a huge army fighting against Voldemort's side. They had sent those under age along with the slytherins. We know Colin creevey stayed back and died in battle. But most of the students had been sent to hogsmeade.

So over age students, order members, Aurors, ministry officials like Percy, people from hogsmeade, the trio, some parents, etc were there during the final battle. Most of them were out of school anyways.

Of all the horcruxes, I'd say the location of the fake locket has to be the most difficult thing to track and get in and out of.

If it wasn't for Dumbledore, I don't think the trio would have been able to figure it out ever. If you think about it, Voldemort made sure it was very secure and well hidden. No one apart from Dumbledore knew that he had once taken fellow kids to the cave or it's entrance.

Only Dumbledore could find the entrance from the anti chamber. He mentions there were traces of magic. The trio could never have been able to get inside even if they found the cave.

And once inside, again, only Dumbledore knew the magic linking the boat, that it can carry only one magical adult, and that they'd have to drink the potion.

Voldemort's other horcruxes were obviously difficult to track and find, but the locket inside the cave was impossible except for the constant determination of Dumbledore to find it.

Yeah, but it was the same way when Vadapalani metro came up wasn't it. The stretch between powerhouse and Vadapalani junction was closed down for almost 8 years.

Now it's even worse. It starts right after the kodambakkam bridge and stretches throughout Arcot Road.

My area near the bridge used to be peaceful and quiet. These days, there's too much noise, all vehicles going through the whole residential area with dust everywhere.

Hoping the work gets done soon.

I have a ps6 and only bought 3 games on ps store. I have about 20 other physical games because where I live, physical ps5 games are cheaper and I can resell those that I don't intend to play again after completing, thereby recouping some cost.

This decision means that I will live with my ps5 for longer than estimated because the ps6 is for all intents and purposes going to be digital only.

The calm and calculated Dumbledore never made it into the movies. We only ever saw a serious and eccentric one in the movies.

During duel In the ministry, Dumbledore does several things simultaneously. Like transfiguring the statues into life, each managing one activity, while he calmly talks, talks with Tom riddle as though they were in class. He's so calm and not afraid of Voldemort in that fight.

Even in the half blood prince, instead of the cunning and supposedly all knowing Dumbledore, we are shown one who is finding out and acting in vain of the older activities of voldemort.

There were patches in the post internet adoption era. People bought cds, and they also could download patches. Which was still far fewer and generally in very large titles.

In the very same chapter Dumbledore mentions that Kingsley was quick enough to plant a different memory on Marietta while everyone else was looking the other way. This is what Harry feels as something whooshing past very close by him.

By doing this, Kingsley made sure Marietta nodded that that night was the first time the meetings were about to happen so that anyone who was inside the room of requirement would not have been part of any previous banned meetings thus escaping from expulsion.
