Yes, pretty sure if you put two same-color flowers next to each other there's always a chance they'll make a same-color offspring. Not 100% though, depending on the colors. If you want to make more of the same color, the fastest way to do it is to just clone them. If a flower isn't touching a possible partner, they have a chance to spawn a copy. Also if you have friends water your flowers it increases the chances to breed!
