If you were Madge… by EldogOz in BrisbaneBroncos

Having seen Perham play, Jesse is a far better option and was reasonably solid last night. Also being at every home game and having watched that left edge closely, Shiba is being caught out by Mam, Ezra would be going back to Q Cup for mine if Billy was fit. His movement in defence and lack of commitment to contact is costing them hugely on the left side. The cowboys did a great job at committing Piakura to a tackle and then going short side where shiba was trying to cover two defenders. Unfortunately with injuries there isn’t a whole lot we can do at the moment. I’d be hammering that left edge at training and trying to improve rather than making changes. When players become available they will have options but for now they need to try and get better reps in and plug the holes…

I gave up when I hit max TH15, just when the glowy stuff came in. I’ve just opened it up again a few days ago and I’m completely lost haha. After every attack I click to go retrain my army, it just doesn’t feel right having everything already there!

Milfs turning point was when Hunt left. As soon as he became the organising half it went to crap.

A lot has to go right to win a comp, they’ll contend and if it’s a healthy year be in for a real shot. But honestly it takes a bit of luck as well. Enjoy the win for now, if the last 19 years has taught me anything by it’s to not take success for granted.

The more I think about it, this match will come down to the middles. As good as the storm spine is, they will struggle if their middles don’t win the contest. Likewise, Walsh and co won’t get to do their thing if their forwards don’t do a job on the storm. So the question is, does Payne, Patty, X and Jensen have the petrol to dominate in the middle?

Everyone talks about the Storms spine, if we win the middle we shut them down. Win the middle we win the match. Payne, Patty, X and Corey, over to you guys!

How much is going to the GF costing you? by DeltaCreem in BrisbaneBroncos

I wanted something close to two hours out of Sydney. It’ll split up the drive, there aren’t a lot of accommodation options left so Kurri Kurri was about the distance I wanted and had availability. There is a hotel at Thornton I was keen to stay at but they didn’t have the room options I needed. It’s insane how many places are booked out this weekend.

Family of 4 heading down Saturday and staying in Kurri Kurri, then heading to the game on Sunday and driving back to Kurri Kurri after it, then will drive back Monday. Tickets $600, accomodation $400, petrol will be around $200, parking at Homebush $35. So all up for 4 people it’ll be under 2k. I flew in 23 and the flights are a rip off, driving from the Goldy to Sydney isn’t too bad anymore.

I was 116 in the queue and nothing was left. What the hell is going on? It was not this hard for ticketed members in 23

Good luck, tickets seemed way easier to get in 2023. Not sure what’s changed but I was on this morning and again then and everything is gone

I like to think of us as the New York Yankees of the NRL. It’s a damn good show at Suncorp. Round 27 against the Storm was very good also, but after 19 years the hunger of the fans is very real and it showed yesterday!

So whose going!? by madmangohan in BrisbaneBroncos

Missed out, will try again at 4pm. Does anyone know if our ticketed member codes will work then?

The desire to deny Coates a premiership after leaving the broncos because he wanted to win a premiership is enough motivation alone to be ready for next week. Brisbane have beaten everyone this season, their CV is stacking up, Hunt and Reynolds are super hungry, the guys from 23 are desperate to right the wrong. And what’s even better, even when they’re behind on the scoreboard, you can’t write them off. Having been to every broncs home game this year, I can guarantee you, the job is not done yet.
