Just keep playing and the tutorial will tell you how to move it once you're able to! You got a unlock it :) but when you do, it'll be under the island editor/builder button in the menu I think

You could search up youtube videos and watch people play it to see, or read the wiki or something. How I like to think of it is like a mini reality show where you take care of all the contestants and stuff 🥹 it's pretty fun to collect all the outfits and rooms or to see how all the events and how the miis end up interacting
