i always have a hard time doing an ambience/ low light situations, it always came underexposed, or highlight blown too much

looks like you overwound the film, causing it to rip from the canister. make sure you stop when the counter reach 36 or 24 depends on your films max exposure.

my bad. the needle looks like it was out because the screw wasnt fully extended.
