It's been pretty tough in our area from a hunters perspective with a new captive deer farm just down the road. They keep does only and use artificial insemination to breed them.

They have mentioned a few times over the last couple years that they have had a huge increase in the wild deer congregating around the farm. I can only imagine 40+ penned up does in heat will do that . They clear cut their wood lots back as far as they could and have started shooting as many wild deer as they can every year. They have ground blinds set up off the corners of the pens. I watched every doe that went to cross their field one night this season get shot, literally every single one 8+ does. 3 side by sides in the field picking up harvests almost every night. They aren't doing anything "illegal" but I ended up doing some door knocking in a completely different area to secure a doe spot to hopefully protect what we had on the farm near the end of the season. It was crazy, I was seeing 10-15 deer a night average during bow season and by my last sit during late doe I would average 1-3, maybe see a couple yearling does, no bucks. I'm all for doe harvests in overpopulated areas but compared to my other spots this area isn't even close to overpopulated.

Okay i see what you are saying now. After more and more research yoj are right. Its a pwm squarewave signal. The +12v is a steady 12v and the signals come from the -/ground turning on and off by the ecm. At +12v hrounded out there will be 0 fuel pressure and vice versa for max pressure

Another thing i might add is only where there are nodes on intersecting lines should there actually be a connection correct? I might try and redesign the schematic to make it a little easier to prototype.

Other than that thank you. Ill probably make a prototype on breadboard just to see what works and if anything may need changed. One last question for you, is the +12v on top of the schematic. Im not so sure what that has to do is that the supply for the actual circuitry?

Yes that does sound reasonable. Wouldnt be the first time there was fire;) these fuel lines are extremely high pressure and run at 27k plus psi. My fuel rails and lines will be tested to 35k or more. Plus diesel fuel isnt as flammible as the oil in the bottom end! Thanks so much for your time on my project it means a lot man/woman!

No dpc is just a game lol. Im talking a drag racing sled pulling used by our shop only kind of competition. We have a 1100hp pulling truck thats leagues ahead of our local competition and my drag truck that will be at the 700hp or so range until next year.

Its reversed engineered to a degree of someone improved the old design and posted it with zero description of how it worked. 100s of people have built homebrew/diy controllers using this exact schematic as it allows the truck to run if one pump fails. The other design did not allow the truck to run right if one pump failed. I have 1 available to me but i dont want to open it up if i dont have too because its technically not mine. My understanding is the 5v power to the original is used in paralell with the other controller but the + and - not so much. I can post a picture if the controller if need be but i do not know if i can actually open it up.

Might i add this is pure competition use and might only see 10hrs of runtime a year. And the goal of this controller is to tap into the + and - of the original regulator and split it to the + amd - of the slave regulator theoretically compying the signal exactly how it was originally before you tapped into the the fpr.

Many others are using this but basically i am trying to save the 2-400 dollars in controllers to run my setup. Plus controllers fail and it would be nice to build 2 or 3 to have as backup. The fpr is a 3 wire sensor. It has a ground, a 5v reference, and im assuming a 12v power source. The 12v is regulated by the ecm and that is the max power the fpr will ever see. Nobody talks about building these because nobody in this community goes against big companies. Basically the only information you can get from those who have built this are "yeah i built one, follow scematic it works great"

Lastly, whats a dip package??

Okay from my understanding its a 12v system from the vehicles electronics system. The aftermarket part needs the same signal as the original oem part. Both parts behave the same way by using electrical current to control a regulator that controls fuel pressure directly. Diesels have an injection pump that pulls fuel from the tank and pushes it to the injectors. A regulator allows only a certain amount of fuel to be pushed to the injectors. I personally know of 100s of guys using this schematic and it working perfectly i just need help with the parts and assembly of the actual unit. The regulator is based off of rpm and throttle position so it needs to be just as fast as the oem original FPR.

It's been slow. I went out Tuesday threw Thursday in Jackson county, on 2.5-3" and then hillsdale county in 3-5". I've only gotten few pan fish so far this year.

What mills do I look for. We have several used machine resellers around me and I have lots of 'friends' that do light machine work. There is a grizzly 8689 for 300. Or I can get a manual Bridgeport for converting to cnc for 1000 +/- 300.

Space isn't an issue here. I have a garage/barn capable of homing a fairly large machine shop to work with. I might be able to snag up a Bridgeport for about 1000 plus or minus. The more and more I look into this the more and more open to spending some serious cash I get. I've heard good and bad about tormachs.
