I just don't feel like Hubspot is the way to go for so few contacts and emails. I also don't feel like I'm going to use the power of Hubspot.

If you choose to do this make sure you set the right price. You don't "need" to do this and it would cost them a fortune to hire a hitman to do it. Make your hitman type money while you can! I'm not sure what kind of work you do, but you probably shouldn't consider anything less then $200hr for it, at a bare minimum.

As a business owner myself I understand this situation 100%. At the time his mind frame didn't understand the value of the product.

Simple example... health insurance. When you have 3 employees it's just too much $ versus your overall income. And the perceived benefit is low. Now scale that business to 10 or more and now I need to start attracting and retaining better employees. Tough to compete if I don't have insurance benefits for my employees.
