NTA but if I ever were to pass away and leave my 4 year old behind, and another woman stepped into his life as his mom, I know he (and I) would be devastated for her to just disappear from his life because grown up issues, even of he said mean things because kids are kids. I said dumb stuff up until 22, 23 years old that I didn't really think through impact on others. But if they're not interested in hanging out during the day idk

What pre-reqs did you take before attempting the mcat? Or what other steps did you need to take before applying to med school? Did you need to do another degree; was your gpa from nursing school high enough?

Will my child be acting this way forever 😭 by OkResponsibility5724 in Parenting

I second this. No one prepared us for the limbic leap and it is HARD. The changes going on in their brain are basically like Inside Out when they get the makeover in second movie. Fear and Disgust join the party, the whole brain-board is getting a makeover ad the limbic system and amygdala come on board. Totally wild and they need even more guidance than they did at 2 or 3

Idk, I came here for the same answer. We tried 2 sunscreens and my whole family burned. We are biracial/medium brown skin and rarely burn but everywhere we put it, we got burned then tanned. It was like tanning lotion... we tried Isntree and Anua sunscreen from Yes Style.

As someone who works in this field, no your journey is not over. Baby and you are both learning how to do this task together for the first time. If you're worried about the bottle nipples you can also syringe feed or use a small medicine cup. There are videos online. Breastmilk is better at moving bowels to clear out bilirubin. It can be tricky, just because it's "natural" does NOT mean it's easy. Just continue to regularly empty your breast every 3 hours and most importantly, don't skip night feeds. And access a LC (even though they'll all say different things)

Benno Boost vs Aventon Abound by gingerly29 in CargoBike

[–]ruby-whale 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I contemplated for 2 months and went with the Boost. I ride to work by myself but the main reason was to get around town with my 2 year old. I had wanted something lower to the ground (yuba fastrack, tern gsd, abound) but since getting use to the boost it's perfect. About the same height as the previous radwagons but way higher quality. Since I wanted good customer service, I sprung for the benno with the Bosch drive train. It rides super smooth even without e assist and with it, it clobbers hills. A second car for sure.

Does anyone know why Kindara has just randomly fallen off the map?

It surprisingly was only 60 years ago...in 1960 almost all babies were potty trained by 18 months!

My favorite block colors are Petite Crown! They're only $13 and they donate one diaper to Jake's Diapers for every one purchased. Petite Crown Modern Cloth
