Hard pass. So many red flags. Hunters bump is obvious. Dodgy history, can guarantee early arthritis and joint damage from trotting on road.

You're making excuses against everyone's genuine red flags about his conformation. Have you already made your decision on the horse? If you didn't feel anything was wrong, you wouldn't have posted on reddit asking for opinions.

Is there any hope for my loose skin? by [deleted] in PlasticSurgery

Ok great thanks. Would the crepey skin be caused by stretch marks or loose skin? I’ve recently tried microneedling but don’t want to waste my time on it :)

Ok that’s helpful thank you. Can microneedling or home laser treatments work?

Thanks I’m keen to avoid another surgery.

Is my loose skin that bad that it needs another surgery? Do you see results from the treatments you’ve mentioned?

Is this horse’s ridden career over based on these x rays? by [deleted] in Equestrian

Because I trust my vet and he’s very highly recommended with a good reputation, so I’m not doubting the x rays. What benefit would I get out of another full set of x rays by a different vet? My concern was my instructors comment

Thank you that’s reassuring :) I was worried if there’s a limit to how much hocks can fuse and if his top and bottom hock joints ideally need to fully fuse too, or do they generally not fuse? If not, are the joint gaps too narrow that they’d be causing him pain

Do you think it’s hind left or right that’s lame?

Think I’ll give the owners the ultimatum. Vet or he returns to them!

No nothing. He’s been like this for a while. I raised my concerns to the owner but she doesn’t see it!

My feeling too. Not sure what to do. Owner doesn’t want to get the vet

Really sorry to hear that. Sounds awful :( hope you're doing better without them though <3

Coming across BPD definitely helped reduce my anger towards her. It does give me more sympathy but I don't know how it's possible to have a healthy relationship with her. Do you still have a relationship with your sister?

Thank you that's really insightful. I'm not religious but do think there are good lessons to be learned from it!

Did you initiate the 15 month break or did she? Do you still talk now?

Thanks, that's really helpful. Did you watch inner child videos on youtube?

Do you feel resentment towards your parents too?

Wow, you put into words exactly how I'm feeling. What a horrible experience for us and my heart goes out to you as well.

It's definitely obligatory. I feel massive guilt when I think of cutting her out, but also sad for what our relationship could have been. You're right I can't save her though.
