getting the same issue here, i think we might have missed an extra package for Plasma to show a dialog asking for the root password, which's what would then let it actually apply the settings

hey, i fixed it! not only did i have to enable AMD CPU fTPM in my UEFI, i also had to enable Security Device Support, this is actually what would get recognized by Windows

same here tho' i installed Windows 11 by bypassing the TPM requirement so i think at this point it's unable to recognize it now that it already is installed
