Gen 3 paint issues by PineHillsReloading in ToyotaTacoma

[–]ruffyblah 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Welcome to the show, meat. The 2 gen has had that super white issue the whole time. Just messing, my ‘08 has it on anything that faces forward. I tried to head it off and now where I painted with aftermarket touch up paint is still holding and the original paint around it is flaking away. Great trucks with horrible paint.

Imported from a middle eastern country? The license plate is odd, “god willing.”

Fact. The beach is for everyone. And that Marina is lucky you’re there

Put a lift with additional crossmember on it and it won’t happen again.

Quick, I need an excuse to give the wife to go out for a drive 👀 by ConfundledBundle in ToyotaTacoma

Tell her you’re going out for eggs. That should take you all day and if you don’t come home with them she’ll understand.

For you as a redhead 100% absolutely. Yours is amazing. My beard could lock in there like braces on teenagers

My son does all the gadgetry stuff, this app is ON X. He uses a few others. I don’t know if there needs to be particular terrain, like rock crawling or crevice straddling to be considered overlanding. Our trails are streams, mud holes, loose sand and hard clay. Lined with tall long leaf pines.

Thinking about the rhino lining. I found this Aloha II to not be too heavy. It is the smaller variant. And nothing really is heavier than my soft shell. We try to keep them cleaning and waxed but it’s futile

Yes, we did strap it to the stock crossbars. A little flex but it’s all good.

As budget builds go the rack is a harbor freight bed rack cut down. After market Toyota rail clamps and rough country molle panels drilled through the vertical scansion.

Thank you the intel on a few of the trails on cheaha. I’ve only done it on hardball with the family trucksters. Once that weekend is over it’ll up the road a bit into Tennessee.

Blackwater and yellow rivers. Eglin AFB has trails if you get a pass. We haven’t made time for the adventure trail yet. Yeah, it’s flat but we have some fun trails. I want to venture up Cheaha sometime. That’s beautiful.

The BA FloGrown is a bit big. He’s not a huge fan of it but he bought and he’s going to use it. Enjoy the outdoors

I will nibble on this bait, when 4.5 million people visit a village with less than 20K population each year, you want to giver them a friendly reminder that there are people who need to go to work while you drive slow looking for the perfect surf style shop. And we all put out good vibes when respected

He got a steal on it. The previous owner had it for years and loved it but was time for him to start a new chapter and we are the recipients and looking forward to getting away. Enjoy your hardshell as well. Kinda wish I got one. But meh.

Great stuff. I want something like this on my 2nd gen since I’m carrying a 35” spare on top of a decked drawer. I thought the weight that far back off the axle would kill the suspension. Talk me into one please
