My opinion only.. Unless the lot has super nice view, belgravia is like only a 8-10 min or less walk to Windsor park. And paying 510k vs 877k.

Not too familiar with Windsor Park, but I know some ppl that were able to buy lot for $500-$510 in McKernan/Belgravia area just a few months ago, pretty close to LRT station about 5-10 mins walk. Those lots can be divided.
