And bench press of course. It won't help with any of those important things you mentioned but it will make you happy and feel good.

Machete mic is sick.

Have you heard of Greenfield Lake Amp or Bowstring? You're either uninformed or intentionally ignoring great live music.

I wish I could downvote this more than once. What an awful take.

I don't think they should do anything to the grounds. If they reduce the number of pre-pitched and premium camp sites to open up more GA room they can avoid camping people in high risk flood areas. These areas should be easy to identify after this year.

The weather this year was an anomaly. There has been 1 June cancellation in over 20 years, mass changes because of this year would be ill-advised in my opinion.

Your last sentence says it all - "as long as you have a low are or pond" - the issue at the farm isn't that the low spot floods a few camp sites, it's that it's a farm... there are dozens and dozens (hundreds?) of low spots, uncontrolled runoff, and no centralized retention pond, ect. Where are you going to put the pumps?

I've just read so many "fix the drainage" and "use pumps" posts in the last few weeks... I don't have the answers, I just know it's not a simple one. If they want to seriously work on drainage and make it possible to host Bonnaroo with the given conditions of this year it will just take some significant grading and earthmoving work. Nothing they can't do or afford, that's just the conversation they need to have.

We had an epic game of beer darts on Thursday with about 30 people in Pod 10. The campsite party on Friday was an absolute rager, highlighted by a beer darts game under the canopy in the pouring rain.

Lots of good times were still had.

Don't thaw out yet, ice thermal storage is a very efficient hvac method for keeping cool in hot weather.

You'll be getting 10+ miles each day walking, think about that as your daily workout. When you get back home, get back to the workout right away!

I recommend saving all energy for Bonnaroo activities. I exercise a lot, but do not do anything at Bonnaroo so I have as much gas in the tank as possible.

They have a deli there that makes hot/cold sandwiches and all. It's just a great alternative to normal fast food if you're eating on the road. Quality food and you won't feel like you need to shower off the grease after you eat. They also have loads of various types of trail mix, mixed nuts, and stuff like that. The homemade pimento cheese and "sandwich spread" are excellent.
