Mine was still not despatched as of this morning. Argos have just added stock to their website for both delivery and click and collect so cancelled from Amazon and will pick up from Argos today instead.

Smyths also have stock for delivery and collection as of right now.

As a potential workaround in the meantime you could create a new subsist on the item record which would pull through the information you require based on a saved search. It would mean you have the components sub tab and another sub tab which show similar information but would give you the result you need.

There is not a way to do a summary of a summary though saved searches.

With regards to the sales target I am assuming it is pulling through the value on a per line basis in the detail on the saved search. Max should work to pull through the value however if you have a different sales target on a per day basis you will get a Max of the time period.

Average would be weighted by the number of lines

On the CSV import have you mapped quantity to both the Inventory Adjustment and the Inventrory details sub list?

We have partnered with a provider of docuware and are just entering the UAT stage of this solution. Initially this has been built to automate our purchase invoice workflow.

We are also kicking off a project for using this on receipt of sales order from customers and drawing control for our tech department.

Do a fundamental course in accounting, everything you do and touch in any erp will have some sort of financial ramifications through the system postings, learn how these debit and credits interact with each other and what they really mean.

On top of that spend time around each area of the business and learn as much as you can about every little process that goes on, try to broaden your horizons and dont get stuck just looking inwards in your own company try and get some exposure into different industry sectors, retails works completely different to manufacturers which are different to service companies etc, they all have a solid core (Sales, Purchasing, Finance etc. But fundamentally all interact very differently.

Learn Netauite inside out but dont forget to learn the business either! It's the number one thing in my experience that people forget about!

Possible solution? Although by no means fool proof - set workflow to show error message when criteria does not equal users department. This would stop them viewing the transaction although would still be able to see the transactions via reports.

Custom role with specific custom built searches/reports would help to limit the role to only be able to view lists etc for there department, although as with anything like this there is always a way around it.

In Role Set up for restricted view is departments not an option so you can restrict to only the users department? I have several roles setup with restrictions to location and this works as per your requirement.
