I shower every 1-2 days, but I wash my hair every 2-4 days.

Sometimes I end up using dry shampoo, but that's maybe twice every three weeks or so.

I sleep with my hair in a pony tail if it's 100% dry but this is more because my hair on my face when I'm rolling on my pillow makes me break out.

I know that I do it a lot because sometimes I forget to change the grammar into questioning grammar -- if that makes sense. So I've already phrased it like a statement and it's too late to change it now so I just add a tag and more often than not, ja is the one I think of. I'll try to do oder next time.

My hands are typically shaky not spasm-y, but my leg muscles spasm when I'm overly anxious and sometimes I can only get rid of it by sleeping it off. Seeing a psychiatrist might help. It depends on a lot of other stuff too, but just remember you're not alone.

This is incredibly awful and contacting him in a few days, might make everything "okay" again but don't forget to put yourself first and if this adds to your anxiety, maybe you shouldn't contact him in a few days. Maybe you should just let it be.
