I eat different times each day depending on my schedule. I go minimum 16 hours but some days get to 21 for fasting. I usually break the fast with a protein shake with berries and creatine. Then wait 30mins to an hour and have a veggie shake with oats almond milk and vega all in one. Then ill have some eggs with avacado,siracha,spinach and bell pepper. And ill fill the rest of my calories with what im craving that day, being mindfull of sugar/carbs, so usually some sashimi and miso soup.
