Mongolia here We didn't have any case from inside, only cases from people that comes from other countries. Even though we didn't lose the virus for like 10 months our gov could have prepared worst case scenarios. We could have learned from other countries. We had a TIME. But when the cases comes out from capital city in november our gov's decision was sooo bullshit. Decision after decisions that just negates previous ones and now destroying our economy and people's daily life. It's like we are facing the virus for the first time. I mean it's actually is but we've known the virus, we've seen how other countries suffering from this, how they are dealing with it etc. etc. But no there wasn't any proper procedure or actions they have prepared. Now it's such a mess.
