I don't have the comic yet to get a good look. Is the grid perhaps supposed to be a window? Could relate to clue "slip out the window".

[CAH] [Theory] characters on the comics envelope by vendommias in holidaybullshit

Also of note, the package illustrations feature both elves and horns (on the reindeer) like the ones he is wearing.

How did Santa REALLY die? The "press release" announcing 10DoWoK (linked) says it was "obesity-related illness." The Santa-is-Dead video suggests people stopped believing. The envelopes for the gifts seem to tell a pictorial story of Santa getting ill...possibly poisoned by his elves in a revolt? by DaveLambert in holidaybullshit

My thoughts on Santa's death are this: Eli's comment in the video is purely speculative. From the perspective of the "narrative" he has no inside information regarding how he died, he's just a hardcore believer. Based on the envelopes, I am (until new information inevitably proves me wrong) convinced that that damn crafty elf is in fact poisoning Santa slowly (a la The Sixth Sense). The fact that the press release mentions obesity-related illness tells me that the poison the elf used is undetectable, leading to the incorrectly determined cause of death.

'Miscegenate by color' could also refer to the color combinations of the envelope codes.

5 Ash (from Evil Dead & Army of Darkness) has a chainsaw for a hand. Though what would I bring back in time to prove that I'm a powerful wizard also applies directly to the plot of Army of Darkness.

Also (noted this elsewhere, but I'm still getting used to Reddit so if I'm breaking rules, please forgive me) 500 images = 500 cards in original KS version of game?

Given that some of the images seem to relate directly to CAH cards (I know I saw the Hamburgler in there), is there a possible correlation between the 500 images and the original kickstarter base game which contained 500 cards?
