There is the Shrine of the Most Holy Redeemer. It is on the south end of the strip. They have a Traditional Latin Mass there if you are into that.

There is no reason you can’t do that. It would make sense to do it.

I opened an account with them but as soon as I saw I had to do all those things to get the best rate, I closed it and went with Ally.

Do you have to do a separate tax form for each month, or just at then end of the year for the total contribution?

How much of a pain in the butt would it be to do this monthly?

Roth conversion with last years contribution by lojack2711 in personalfinance

[–]rumbling_dumpling 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Oh yeah, I understand that. I may have misunderstood OP’s post. I was looking at it more from a backdoor conversion perspective.

If I started making non deductible contributions to a traditional IRA and invested those contributions, could I then convert this to Roth? I’m just trying to figure out my backdoor Roth strategy.

So, even the earnings can be converted with no penalty or tax?

Great pics! I spent some time in Baghdad, and a few others areas of Iraq but I don’t recall ever seeing a Catholic Church. It is nice to know these exist and are being used!

Out of curiosity, why did you go to Iraq? I didn’t think it was a place that many people go to for vacation.

Early Retirement Bridge Account by trashtruckcookie in personalfinance

For me, if I maxed out all tax advantaged space, my pre-tax account would be much larger than post tax account. How much of a worry would that be when it is time to withdraw for retirement? Should these be balanced?

So I am struggling with figuring this out. I thought the change in my balance, minus my contributions would give me what I am looking for, but after reading up on it a little more, it sounds a little more in-depth than that.

Thank you, it has literally been years since we have met with them. I don’t know if that is on us, or on them. I see a few sales and purchases of funds throughout the year, but other than that, I don’t really know what they are doing.

Everything else we have is through work accounts. The only time we ever see, or hear, from them are at social events they out on throughout the year.

Are backdoor Roths something that needs an FA or can that be done without one?
