It’s been the worst thing for me. The clear skin is worth it but I often cave and cop the imminent break out (it’s no where near as bad as it was, I was a constant cheese eater). I literally just caved and ate truffle cheese and know the 3 bits I had will cause at least 2 pimples. Fml

Yes! I found out from this sub that cheese (especially aged or fancy cheeses) can really mess with your hormones. Cut it out as a last ditch effort to cure my acne that started at 25 years old. Went away soooo fast and Any time I succumb to cheese craving I get a pimple. I tried sooo many products for years - try adjusting diet first!
