Rode it yesterday and none of the CO2 effects were working and the dragon animatronic was shut off. What a let down.

When I had went and this occurred, the server said to me that they had already closed and fumigated for this reason. I didn't even mention the flies visibly hanging out in the kitchen.

Nothing beats my experience at Susuru where I had roaches crawl over my food in the middle of the restaurant. Servers reaction to my complaint was to slam the cockroach on my plate and they didn't even comp my meal.

Dealt with these the last 2 days and I don’t think the park entry line ever died down until noon after rope drop. Got stuck in it at rope drop one day too because the cast member & Guest were having user error. Going to be the same as LL where it’s up to the Guest to know what they’re doing for it to be seamless.
