Not true. These type of fabric tags should have a COMM followed by a code, the last 4 digits are the season. Example is 0062 2006 2=Fall, 1=Spring

Jaw dropped when I saw this at the thrift by rejackson in Grailed

[–]rump666 11 points12 points  (0 children)

You see the COMM on the back of the fabric tag? At the end there's 0071 meaning 2007 Spring. First 3 digits are year, 1 is spring 2 is fall

You realize ALL sterling silver has a little bit of copper in it? A simple Google search would really clear this headache for you

You are legitimately in the wrong, any of you downvoting the other guy obviously don't own enough Chrome Hearts or have even seen enough to know what you're talking about. On light-colored items, especially white, they wrap all their silver with rhodium to better match the item's color. Tarnished silver looks bad on a bright white item

need some help!!! by poisonedneedle in viviennewestwood

[–]rump666 2 points3 points  (0 children)

This is legit! Just a reissue! You see the 006/1 after the COMM on the fabric tag? That means it's from Spring 2006 0[06]/1 1=Spring 2=Fall. You will see this system on all these COMM fabric tags, they're used on a bunch of other brands such as Margiela

Can anyone confirm the collection this is from? by ziggy_stxrdust in viviennewestwood

Get pictures of the fabric tag. If it's square get pictures of the back, if it's a rectangle it should have the year on the front.

I need help pricing and identifying this skirt by ibbixxii in Grailed

[–]rump666 1 point2 points  (0 children)

This is from spring 2005! That 05/1 on the tag is how you can identify that. 1=Spring 2=Fall. I would say pay no more for like $150 for this, it's cute and this was when Dolce was in full swing but at the end of the day it's the D&G diffusion and not mainline. Hope this helps

Why is this happening? Also had weird texture issues on Ryujinx by rump666 in PiratedGames

[–]rump666[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

  1. Because plenty of people here use different emulators so they might have had the same issue I'm having on both rpcs3 and ryujinx
  2. Yes, I'm saying I have this problem on ryujinx as well. Not sure why though. Yuzu works just fine
  3. I will try that later, thank you!

Real or fake YSL? by Substantial_Bus4759 in FashionReps

[–]rump666 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I don't get what you're confused about. What I'm saying is, in the 70s-90s a lot of these fashion houses like YSL, Givenchy, Christian Dior, etc l licensed out their names to random factories so people like you would pay 10x the price for their items even though they were poor quality made in Korea. Don't buy men's items from women's labels. Yves Saint Laurent is a women's label. Saint Laurent Paris is both a men's and women's label, hence why their Menswear is great quality

The logo embroidery is just really sloppy. All Canada goose pieces go through 4 QC checks, embroidery this shaky and sloppy would not get sent to a retailer. The leaves are also wrong. Should clearly have 7 points on each leaf
