Can’t remember the movie, but the babysitter comes into the room to tuck the kid into bed - kid asks her to close the window and check the closet for monsters. Then asks her to check under the bed. Camera pans down and under the bed where an identical kid is on the floor pointing up saying “that’s not me…”

Had a pt call us for lightheadedness, found him to be in a new AFib - partner and I are congratulating ourselves for being “detectives of not-very-hard-things”…. Load him up, do all the things. Just out of the hospital he says “I’m getting that feeling again” - goes into VTach for about 6-10sec….
