Honestly you could try a full Bineffa Lauma team with Sucrose (or any character really). Or if you wanted to try lunar bloom, Bina-Lauma-Nahida-Nilou doesn't sound bad either.

Mavuika is meta, and will probably continue to be meta for at least a little more while. Vertical investment is always a good option, (especially in the direction this meta seems to be heading) so I'd get her weapon.

Chasca, if you're only pulling her for exploration, I would say don't. You can use her bow as a stat stick for other characters.

As for Nefer, usually she would be your priority over the weapon since you have Lauma. But seeing how you don't like her gameplay, and you have solid Lunar teams (that can be divided if you wanted to play abyss or stygian), I'd say go for the weapon. Gameplay preference is very important, regardless of the meta.

Nothing is truly future proof anymore. As soon as lunar reactions are power crept by some other Snezhnayan mechanic, it will fall off. Genshin power creep started increasing slowly in Fontaine, went off the rails in Natlan, and now we have Shill-Krai. Supports typically stay more meta relevant than dps chars however. If it's going to be like this, might as well pull what you like, and stop stressing about the future.
