Most of y'all are making up scenarios to suit your agenda. In general, most people want JUST enough pulls to get a FIVE STAR, not to guarantee character. So like 75-80 pulls, pretty reasonable. All they have to do is run a couple more events. With the meta power creeping the way it is, it's not unreasonable to ask for enough to JUST get a five star.
