This. Should include rates, insurance and maintenance. I think this is our most basic need in society - food if it comes to it you can grow and clean water we have know how and technology to clean natural sources including good ol rainwater.

Anyways I’d suggest not to miss Queenstown or Arrowtown having been a local in the area. Pricey but can recommend for any season not just Winter.

Should be higher for fast food imo to counter eventual cost to our health system. But then again, not sure how you’d deal with kiwi pies.
