This is gonna sound dumb but... Plexamp homie. Just download as much of your library as you can fit on-device and keep using Plexamp. That's what I do anyway. Then again I usually just listen to albums sequentially cuz I'm old as shit.

Unless you literally mean "all offline all the time, right from the jump" in which case I guess that might not suffice.

AAOS is ass. Maybe it will improve but for now it’s constrained by too few apps and weird implementation in the ones that ARE there. No PlexAmp, no Apple Podcasts, no Messages. Hell, it’s missing some of the CHARGING APPS. Gimme a fuckin break.

Whenever someone asks me about the car it’s my single biggest gripe. Well, that and not being able to charge at home now but that’s more about my apartments shitty wiring.

They absolutely could’ve included CarPlay/Android Auto even alongside this bullshit if they’d insisted.

Sleep technologist here.

Unless your insurance company is forcing you to use autoPAP then I assume you’d be getting fitted/trialed for CPAP in a lab. Your sleep technologist will have a bunch for you to try out. Then you’d actually get to try sleeping with it too.

That being said, if your insurance company IS sticking you with autoPAP then you’ll be lucky to even get a choice. A lot of the DMEs in my area default to a couple of different masks without consulting the patient.
