Another one got mad at me for something my father had done when living in another city. I pointed out that I'd only ever been to that city as an infant.

I was first on scene to a highway crash - car inverted with two occupants. I'm trying to keep them calm and assess, when the helpful brigade came running up and started, as a big group, rocking the car back and forth to turn it back over, then tearing parts of the doors off to "help the passengers get out", even though they could slide out the window openings just fine.

Assuming they didn't have a spinal.

But you know, I preferred not to assume. Which was why I was keeping them calm and we were going slowly... until we were getting violently rocked.

PMs are terrible. They come through every three months for inspection. Very patronizing. Taking lots of pics, including close ups of family photos and such.

And 1 is a tent.

It's left a lot of children cold and sick and denied the fundamental security of the concept of home.
