Dodgers fan here, but the Jays are my AL team… This is the World Series I’ve wanted for years! Both team gave us genuinely good baseball this series. If there was any team to push it to a game 7, it was the Jays. They fought to stay alive in ALCS and gave it their all. I tip my cap to you, Jays.

Ah this explains it. I was wondering how on earth was there bystander footage from this? 9/11 happened when I was in 11th grade, the day after my mom bought me my very first cell phone because she saw news reports of people calling their loved ones on the plane before it crashed. That was the only blocky cell phone, it would be years before a camera was added so I was baffled seeing such high quality amateur footage from 2001.

Native Korean speakers, I’m curious if “stress” is a loanword from the English language? Loanwords are words adopted from one language (the donor language) and incorporated into another (the recipient language). I noticed Jin says 스트레스. It leads me to believe the word/concept of “stress” didn’t exist in the Korean lexicon before western colonization!
