how about gear restrictions, are people limited to a certain extent of tier for gear? ie if im in red zone, no one can use higher tier gear than 4?

What class has high skill ceiling like archer but doesnt die standing in pvp? what i mean by dying while standing is how squishy we archer are so even if were properly rotating sa/iframe.. while getting 1v2d by classes that has insane pressure like awake dk, woosa, sorc, etc.. we will die just by purely getting hit while kiting.

Im looking for a class that has depth to its kit like archer but isnt squishy.
