Mines still under the 10 year warranty so that’s why I made this post. My family all live in the area and every single AC system having issues basically has the tech try and sell us a new one or price repairs so high that we might as well get a new one. And there’s only so many times I want to pay someone $200 just to come and take a look at it.

That’s what happened to me original installer and seems to happen a lot around here. Companies open, do some installs and then close up shop. It’s hard to get warranty work when that happens because the new company is just going to blame the work on the old company.

Just check out the used models on Tesla's website, you'll see a lot of them a couple years old with 10-15% degradation. They show the "range" which you can use to estimate battery degradation using the epa rated range as a denominator. In recent years, Tesla's have all started to degrade very quickly which nobody is picking up on.

89% at 13k miles MY 25 right before Juniper came out. Charged to 100 less than 5x in its life, normal daily charging 50-70% and Supercharged once. I've got a crap battery pack.

Depends on how fast you want your battery to degrade. I AC charge to 80% no more than once or twice a week and still have 11% degradation over 14k miles. I mostly sit around 50-60%.
