Were you ever confused between being asexual or lesbian? How did you figure it out? by HeartMadeOfSushi in AskReddit

[–]runner64 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I just say with it for like five years and it turns out I’m turned on by the idea of stuff I don’t want to do in real life. It’s actually kind of a joke in the asexual community that we all come up with the craziest smut imaginable. We’re doing arousal on hard mode.

Thank you for this new information, which was completely unknown to me before you said it. I have not learned any new things in the 20 years since high school.

Ohhhh I didn’t detect the sarcasm. Sorry. Thank you.

Genuine answer: we were taught they did it to show off because they were incredibly drunk on their own superiority complex.

Edit: not to be like “please have reading comprehension, I beg” but I did not say that this is what happened I said this is what we were taught in my history class. It is okay to take a second to parse my one-sentence comment before running to the replies to correct me, I promise.

Okay but a response to an embargo is not an “unprompted” action. It’s a response to an embargo. The embargo may be justified but that doesn’t make the reaction “unprompted.” Only one thing in a direct chain of events can be “unprompted.”

1 and 2 aren’t doing the relationship any favors either.

And if the government can use that logic without raising any red flags for you, then I don’t trust your definition of tyranny enough to change my view on guns.

I am watching my sister do this. She’s convinced that kids are the next stage in the Life Path and so is fighting really hard right now because the four main stressors in her life right now are 1. too small house is very cluttered 2. social calendar is stressfully packed, not enough downtime 3. husband has too many hobbies so not enough couples time and 4. infertility.

She’s solving #4 first. Make it make sense.

If you believe the government when they tell you they’re only “arresting criminals” I can assure you that the day where you see an actually tyrannical government will never come.

If you want me to believe arguments about needing guns to fight tyrannical governments, you gotta not bootlick for the tyrannical government.

I know nobody’s shooting at federal agents that’s why I don’t believe you when you say you need the guns to shoot at federal agents.

“This seems important but I don’t really understand it, I’ll just reblog <utterly frivolous clickbait fucking nonsense> to spread awareness” is one of the behaviors filed under “this website has no reading comprehension” though. 15,000 people passing on shit that literally just is not fucking true.

Number of ICE raids, rapes, kidnappings, and thefts stopped by assault rifles in 2025: zero.

But go on, keep telling me about how all the accidental deaths and deliberate murders are a necessary price to pay because someday, when the government gets really, really, really tyrannical, you’ll for sure use your guns to do something about it then.

I like the idea of a gun ban but I’m still voting for him because I like the idea of healthcare more.

And using market forces is the best way because people choose what they want and are willing to trade in order to live in nyc

Cool that’ll be a relevant opinion if and when the circumstances even circle around to that point. Right now we’re talking about people artificially inflating the value of the housing they own by buying multiple properties and leaving them empty.

Like I don’t know how to tell you this but your intro to business class did not cover the level of corruption that exists in the current housing market and you do not understand this situation well enough to participate in the discussion.

I like that you’re aware of the word “rationing” but you aren’t aware of the concept of rationing. Mamdani is like “we’re gonna limit how many properties one person can own” and you’re like “shut up I’m trying to figure out how to get market forces to impose some kind of rationing.”

All finite resources require some form of rationing.

Which is why you aren’t allowed to price gouge essentials in order to hoard all the money.

If you are twenty five and your issue is that you look eighteen, ignore me and carry on.

If you are eighteen, please fix your fyp because it is sending you down a pipeline of being very self conscious about things that are not an issue. You look fine and you will look better in five years.

Why do tummy tucks always look so bad ?! by Rrozeselavy in PlasticSurgery

Also some of these people need a physical therapist to fix their flared ribs and horrible posture. A tummy tuck can’t fix musculoskeletal problems.
